Advisory

I work closely with clients to identify acquisitions, facilitate consignments and sales, and develop strategies for collection growth. This includes supporting negotiations, coordinating with galleries and auction houses, and ensuring that acquisitions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Collections Management

I provide reliable oversight for the ongoing care and stewardship of art collections, offering services that include:

  • Coordinating installations and deinstallations

  • Managing storage, packing, and shipping logistics

  • Advising on framing and conservation

  • Overseeing loans and collaborations

  • Implementing environmentally sustainable practices

Biography

I bring nearly twenty years of leadership experience across logistics firms, artist studios, and galleries, most recently as Director of Operations at Hauser & Wirth, Los Angeles where I oversaw multi-site operations, large-scale capital projects, and diverse teams spanning project management, art handling, registration, facilities, and visitor experience.

Alongside this work, I am committed to advancing climate-conscious practices in the arts. My previous projects have included measurable emissions and waste reductions, the integration of sustainable operations in new construction, and the development of green protocols across teams and exhibitions. I am a co-leader of the Los Angeles Arts Climate Coalition (LAACC), an initiative dedicated to raising awareness, fostering collaboration, and accelerating sustainability across the arts sector.
